ASPAVA: A Documentary

This was a documentary I made for a video production class during my undergrad at Bilkent University. My group mates and I were fascinated by the concept of ASPAVA's, a type of Turkish restaurant only located in the city of Ankara. We set forth to try and capture just what makes ASPAVA so unique and why there are so many scattered across the city.
We went around the city interviewing ASPAVA employees and spending late nights in the restaurants to get the perfect shots.
